• Maximum - 2 adults + 1 child up to 14 years old;
• Bedroom with double bed (bed linen included);
• Bathroom with shower (towels included);
• Living Room | Kitchenette (Hob, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Kitchenware and utensils)
• Air conditioning;
• Television;
• *Daily rental (1 night)* - Sunday to Thursday | Public holiday eves and holidays between Tuesday and Thursday;
• Minimum rental 2 nights - Friday to Sunday | Public holiday eves and holidays;
• Cleaning and sanitising are carried out on the 3rd day, if the stay is longer than 5 nights;

Booking/cancellation policy

• Booking requires payment of 50% of the total amount, failing which the booking will not be confirmed;

• After receiving the amount to be paid from EcoParque Prof. José Fernando Gonçalves, the host has 24 hours to make the payment and send the corresponding proof of payment;

• In case of cancellation by the guest, the booking will not be refunded (force majeure).
