• *Daily rental (1 night)* - Sunday to Thursday | Public holiday eves and holidays between Tuesday and Thursday;
• Minimum rental 2 nights - Friday to Sunday | Public holiday eves and holidays;
• Cleaning and sanitising are carried out on the 3rd day, if the stay is longer than 5 nights;

Booking/cancellation policy
• After receiving the amount to be paid from EcoParque Prof. José Fernando Gonçalves, the host has 24 hours to make the payment and send the corresponding proof of payment;
• In case of cancellation by the guest, the booking will not be refunded (force majeure).

The municipal tourist tax is applied in the form of an overnight stay tax, with a unit value of 2 euros, which is payable per guest over the age of 18 and per night, up to a maximum of five nights, regardless of nationality, place of residence and booking method.
